Cabitaanno U Wanaagsan Hurdada Oo Qofka Ka Caawiya Inuu Si Wacan U Seexdo

Sida ay ku taliyaan xeeldheereyaasha hurdadu, dadka waa wayn ee ay da’adoodu u dhexeyso 18 illaa 60 jir waxa inay seexdaan ugu yaraan 7 illaa 9 saacadood oo hurdo ah habeen kasta.

Miraha cherries-ka waxay kobciyaan hurdada, sababtunta waa maadada tryptophan ee ku jirta. Tryptophan waa barootiin soo saara hormoonka “melatonin” oo door weyn ka qaata nidaaminta heerarka iyo wareegyada kala duwan ee hurdada aadamaha.

Shaaha nacnaaca (peppermint Tea):
