The good cholesterol which is also known as High Density Lipoprotein or HDL is very necessary for your health as it helps protects your heart. How does this work? HDL carries excess cholesterol back to the liver. It also contains anti-inflammatory properties which boosts our  organs health. You need cholesterol to be healthy!

Eat legumes, berries, natural spices and seasonings, black chocolate and green tea as they are rich in antioxidants and they prevent formation of free radicals and maintain health y cells. These foods also provide polyphenols in the body which increase good cholesterol.
