Talooyin Kuu Sahlaya Inaad Si Wanaagsan Uga Faaidaysatid Ramadaanka

Asalaamu Calaykum Waraxmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Ramadan Mubarakum, taqaba Allahu mina wa minkum saalixul acmaal.

Alxamdulilah waxaa timid Ramadaan oo inbadan la sugayey. Allah waxaan ka baryeynaa inaan noqono kuwo ka faa´idaysta bishan barakaysan. Allah waxaan ka baryeynaa inuu nagu daro kuwa laga xoreeyo cadaabka helana naxariista Rabbi Allahuma aamiin.

Ka faa´idayso talooyinkan ku anfacaya.

5- Isku day inaad in badan aad nasatid si kuugu fududaato akhrinta Quraanka & tukashada salaadaha
6- Isku day inaad ku suxuuratid cunto nafaqo leh si uu energi badan aad u heshid iyo caafimaad taama
7- Cab biyo aad u badan inta aanad soonka xidhan ka hor
8- Isku day in aanad ku suxuuran cunto dufan badan si calooshada u nabad hesho
