Maxaad Ka Taqaan Faa’iidada Sabiibka

Sabiibku waxa uu ka mid yahay waxyaalaha lagu dhex darro cuntooyinka marka la karinayo oo aynu aaminsanahay inuu wanaajinayo dhadhankiisa, laakiin waxa jirta faa’iidooyin kale oo uu si gaarka ah ugu leeyahay jirkeenna sida:-

  1. Sabiibku waxa uu u fiican yahay dadka ay aad hoos ugu dhacaan unugyadooda dhiigga cas, oo ah xaaladda afka qalaad lagu yiraahdo Anemia (Aneemiya)
  2. Sabiibku waxa uu jirka siiyaa tamar dabiici ah oo ka caawin karta in uu u adkaysto dhibta iyo daalka hawl maalmeedka.
  3. Sabiibka waxa ku jira Acid magaceeda la yidhaahdo Oolaanolik, waana maadada ka ilaalisa ilkaha Suuska, sidoo kalena Calcium-ta ku jirta Sabiibku waa ta ilkaha ka yeesha kuwa adag oo aan jajabin.
  4. Sabiibka waxaa ka buuxo maaddo loo yaqaano “Catechins”, taasoo ah sunsaare awood leh, wuxuu jirka ka saaraa sunta nuuca loo yaqaano “free redicals” oo haddii ay jirka ku badato la sheego inay sabab u noqon karto cudurka kansarka.
